A non-recourse loan is a type of secured financing where the lender's recovery is strictly limited to the collateral pledged for the loan. If a borrower defaults, the lender cannot pursue the borrower's personal assets, other business holdings, or financial accounts beyond that agreed collateral. This structure protects founders, directors, and shareholders from personal financial liability — making non-recourse project finance the preferred choice for large-scale ventures where personal exposure is not acceptable.
Our minimum loan size is USD $1,000,000 (one million US dollars). We specialise in mid-to-large capital requirements for businesses, real estate developers, infrastructure projects, energy ventures, and mergers & acquisitions. There is no published upper ceiling — qualifying projects with strong fundamentals are assessed individually, and we have structured substantially larger facilities for clients worldwide.

Through our network of institutional partners, we help structure and source appropriate collateral arrangements — enabling clients who have previously been turned away elsewhere to access the financing their projects deserve.
